If a company doesn't have the courtesy to send me some sort of reply they don't deserve my business! I know that's what I do. You've pretty much given up on the company and looked for another company to service your needs, after a day or two. Is there anything more frustrating than sending an email to a person or business and then sitting in front of the computer for hours waiting for a reply?
